Politique de remboursement

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a refund for the product.  You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date that your order was delivered to you.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in new condition and be in the original packaging.

Email your request to us at webstores@arrowmarketing.ca .  Please let us know your original order # and the product(s) that you would like to return.  We will reply with a Return Authorization # and further instructions.

All returns should be sent back to 15 McLaren Avenue, Cambridge ON N1R 8K9, Canada.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.  Please don’t ship the product back until you’ve received approval and your Return Authorization #.  Once you have received approval, you can send it back via any courier method.

Products that are exempt from returns are:
Drinkware (for sanitary reasons)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

We do not currently offer exchanges. We are happy to accept returns for most products, then you can simply place a new order for the new product that you would like.
